Cosworth MX1 cams and stock springs?

So just threw on a MAP EF3 and didn't manage to break through the 400 whp threshold (387), with every other bolt on. If I was to go with these would I break through 400whp and could I keep them up to my final goal of low 500's?

With an EF3 you would probably likely gain 30-40 whp pretty easily across the rpm band. I was tuning an MR with an EF3 turbo at STM about a month back and there were some unknown cams installed in the car. It only made about 380 whp on their mustang dyno but they wanted a conservative tune. That's still 420 whp on a Dynojet so you should be able to manage 420-430 whp with these cams with good drivability.

Would I see more with GSC S2's and still retain comfortable driveability?
