Cams or Turbo or E85/93 ?

Okay so i've searched and searched until my eyes hurt, but i have a differently approached question.

Break Down:

13' EVOX GSR

Current Parts:
AMS UICP/LICP
AMS Ram Intake
AMS Single Exit Exhaust
AMS Race Pipe
AMS Downpipe

I'm looking to hit 350-400hp,

Should my next step be, cams - turbo - or upgraded fuelpump/lines with a 93/e85 tune?

But if its going to be turbo, i dont have a crazy budget, so is there a upgraded but not huge turbo i can get that wont require me to upgrade a bunch of other stuff to support it? (Injectors/FP)

lets say a max budget of...2000 maybe 2500.

Let me know what you guys have done and what not to do ha, i also figure a EBC and such would come into the picture so more added cost.

I've seen a lot of people running FP Green but again what else would i have to upgrade before i install one?

Thank you!!

For your situation I'd say e85. Get some injectors, a fuel pump, and a 3port. You'll easily make 350whp. If your looking to upgrade to a stock frame turbo it's going to cost more than your budget. Cams aren't really worth it with what you have. At one point I had similar mods and made 328whp on a dynojet. Add e85 and I'd easily make over 350.
