Searched a round a bit and honestly this could be completely normal, i have no idea. I am new to the evo stuff. This sound cannot be heard at all when the hood is closed but if you open the hood and listen its a slight ticking sound. Hopefully the video captured it well.

Nothing to worry about bro. I have owned a 2011 Ralliart and 2 Evo X's, they all made that sound. I concluded it was lifters and/or injectors firing.
