What do you guys think it will cost for parts and labor on the following?
255 fuel pump
Injectors for E85
Test pipe
ETS intercooler
3 port boost controller
Test pipe
Intake
Tune (for E85 and 93 octane)
SSP 600 ft/lbs clutch packs
Upper+Lower intercooler piping
Also any idea how much HP and Torque this setup should make?

you can do half of this stuff yourself and save a bunch of money, test pipe=15 mins, intake=5 mins, intercooler and piping=an hour or so, fuel pump=30-40-mins. the rest your tuner can do before you get tuned

 

this! Honestly any reputable shop will probably charge you 500$ +
As for power on e85 mustang dyno, about 350 or so..

 

I think he is asking how much for parts/labor
255 fuel pump ($100 dollars for the pump, easy install)
Injectors for E85 (basic like RC is about $350/$100 install?)
Test pipe (really depends on brand. about 100$/10 mins install)
ETS intercooler ($915 for intercooler/$100 install)
3 port boost controller (120/easy install)
Test pipe (why do you need 2)
Intake (150-250$ easy install about 30 mins)
Tune (for E85 and 93 octane) (id say $500 for the tune)
SSP 600 ft/lbs clutch packs (no idea)
Upper+Lower intercooler piping (500$)

If you bought everything id say 2,600-3,000 depending what you buy exactly in parts/tune
and maybe $400-600 for labor to install

Sounds about right. However intercooler should be bit cheaper, and you don't really need licp, just get the uicp..

 

Im really curious to see the install cost for the clutch packs. I feel that it will cost a arm and a leg lol
