Speaking from experience this statement is true lol.

I lasted about a week before I had to make the switch to the normal V2.

Cruising on the highway at 70 felt like my ears were gonna bleed. But a lot of people do like it so really just depends on the person.

I've stated this on another similar thread but I'll tell the story again:

I heard the ETS extreme system once in person and it really is incredibly loud. I was at a gas station filling up and I heard the Evo about half a mile way driving closer and closer to the gas station I was at lol. It's more like an amplified drone.

I will admit that it sounds amazing at high RPMs, but I couldn't imagine daily driving a car with that exhaust system.

If you want a cheaper option. Which in my opinion buy the Topspeed Pro-1 Cat back. Topspeed from texas.

I paid $550 for the cat back and test pipe shipped.

Sounds exactly the same as the Extreme. Both exhaust will have drone. But does sound VERY mean while cruising. I couldn't tell WOT since I had the O2 dump.
