Question Ultimate Racing FMIC-Comments, Experiences?

I've been looking at getting a UR FMIC for my X. It looks like a really nice intercooler, but I've done tons of searches and have only found a single thread which said there were some issues with fitment, but the results were never posted so I don't know how it turned out.

Anybody out there have a UR FMIC? How was the install? Any issues after installation? How about the quality of the piece itself?

Thanks

No need to follow up. I decided against the UR FMIC. I went with a CBRD intercooler instead.
In case anybody else is interested in the UR FMIC I've done a lot of searching in regards to their FMIC. It says on their website that no modification is required, straight bolt on. But apparently that's not the case. Some modification is needed. I've also read a bunch of posts about people saying they've had the welds break on theirs, but I've also read plenty of posts where people had nothing but good things to say about it.
I went with the CBRD intercooler because its sexy, and on sale. It appears to be the highest quality intercooler I've been able to find, in my personal opinion. My second choice would have been AMS and third ETS. I also gave a lot of thought to the Depo intercooler, but I think it's safe to say I'll never have to upgrade my intercooler after this. Which wasn't a guarantee with the Depo.

My biggest question has always been the cast vs non. Like AMS and a few others claim the cast end tanks. Im just not that versed in metal properties to determine if Cast end tanks are worth it or not.

Would love to hear some one chime in. Possibly heat soak would be affected.....
