P0014 CEL after new oil pump after new block

I had a new stock block put in and after 300 miles the old oil pump gave out. The pressure relief of the pump stuck closed and the oil filter blew out due to high pressure. The oil pump + sprocket has been replaced. The timing chain was replaced when the new block was put in. I had no CEL lights for the first 300miles.

Everything seems fine, no other CEL lights. If i clear it it seems to turn on the next time I start the car.

I should also mention that this is an 2008 which has the newer style block with the improved timing chain/oiling mechanism.
