wertigo,

After shipping you the pump, replace broken parts, and shipping it back to the US, what would you say is the average cost?

It's probably cheaper for you to just buy one from him outright. Who knows though.

well, i actually think it is cheaper to buy outright from the dealer now.

Wow! Your work is tremendous and an inspiration. I'm going to have to tackle my own rebuild soon and I might steal some of your techniques to make it bulletproof. Corrosion sucks.

Have you had any feedback on durability? That black coating looks pretty strong.

Hi do you sell the 2006 EVO 9 solenoid? Mine is leaking. Can I repair this? Marine Epoxy maybe?

On the rebuild pump takes 1 day

I'm wondering if putting some liquid gasket maker around would work?

I'm rebuilding mine. I'm going to seal it and pastidip the areas where the water is getting into the pump.

I ended up not using gasket maker. It was a good idea but I didn't want to risk putting any inside the pump and destroying it in that process.

I sealed it pretty darn good thought with some synthetic sealant (outside) and plastidip See how long it lasts on these salty assed Canada roads
