So I got the clutch today and installed the ACT Monoloc with the provided TOB from CC. Everything looks good except that the TOB seems to sit higher and not flush with the collar (not sure if its supposed to be flush). From my research and watching youtube, its looks like that the TOB sits flush to the collar. Am I wrong?

That's normal. You wouldn't be able to get a screwdriver in there to pull them apart if they sat against each other.
