I Beam vs H Beam Rods

Im planning out an engine build for when I pick up my Evo X and am pretty set on the I Beam rods by Manley. They offer H Beam rods as well which would offer a weight savings in the rotating assembly at the cost of strength. Is there data out there saying just how much force, hp, tq, and rpm the H beams can take? If not I'll play it safe and go with the I beams.

Thanks

For reference, I'd like the engine to produce about 450-500 HP and 390ish tq at about 30psi and E85 flex capabilities I'm going for quicker spool as opposed to max power in a bored 2.2L engine with a max rpm of 9500.

Stay away from Manley H-beams. They are junk.

If you are set on Manley, use the turbo tuff I-beams. They are heavy though and if you really want to rev to 9500, you might want to look at lighter rods like the Carrillo Pro H.

Be careful with oiling at 9500

I should clarify- I'm not necessarily set on Manley they just seem to be very popular among the tuners and I'm new to this level of engine building. I'd play it safe with the redline and have it similar to factory setup but the 9500 number is more of a "have that so I say I can" kind of thing. I'll check out your recommendations for sure though. Thanks!

btw, I mean rods not pistons. That's what I get for being in a meeting and posting at the same time.
