Relocating the serpentine belt

Just a pondering and likely completely insane waste of everyones time, but considering weight distribution, our front compartment has three groups of things: engine/trans, radiatorsss, and pumps for the ac/powersteering/alternator etc. Relocating the pully system actually wouldn't be that difficult (I'd use a chain and a mount, run it down with the drive shaft) nor would you need a thick or heavy rod for relocating it.

What I do wonder about is pump strength requirements increasing because fluid travel is going to increase tremendously. I actually wonder if it'd even make sense to stay on the pully for the power steering or if it'd just be better to get a larger alternator and use an electronic pump.

Then I wonder if I'd actually be displacing enough weight or too much weight to make the effort worth it.

So flame away, how dumb is this?

(Note: I would rather ask a stupid question showing my ignorance than keep a good idea back for fear of mockery. To answer the future questions of why even ask this.)

Better weight distribution, going for the almighty 50/50. Or why is 50/50 so important to me? (also note the aim is actually 50front/50rear/50left/50right).

Or why put so much effort into something? Well that one gets a "but why not "

Considering that the few accessories that require a belt don't weight that much - I think the overall balance gains would be minimum at best considering that the weight is distributed in line with the front axle group...

Probably the only kind of balance gain that would be seen would be from the additional weight aft of the front wheels. If 50/50 is so important, one could simply delete the systems entirely and add some weight in the trunk. A Steampunk Evo would make an already unreliable car even more so.
