I know the ETS is open dump tubes only which was the deciding factor for me. While I love the quality of ETS products, I did not want to drive around with that much noise.

We offer EFR kits too

Are you planning to build the block at some point?

eventually yes, but I wanted to know which would be better on a stock block until I begin to build

The 6262 will probably make full boost around 4800-5000 but better for the stock block since it makes peak torque late. I really like my 5858 on stock block. All in at 4500 makes peak torque at 5k and did 500 on pump gas. E85 you could easily push it to 550 on a stock block and it would live a LONG time. The 5858 would be my recommendation. They make the same power on pump gas typically.
