my question I am getting insane flutter when I try to accelerate in either 4th or 5th gear(this also happened on stock turbo) cruising on the highway the car wants to stutter and buck very bad. ibhave to repeatedly let off and get on the throttle over and over to gain speed/maintain my current speed. thought it was bov spring but I got the correct one in now. thought it was compressor surge but it happens both at low rpms and high rpms.
if I let it flutter and i stay into the throttle it sends an over boost CEL.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated. been trying not to research but haven't came up with any results. thank you for your time as this is my first post.

 

The GTX3576 in OEM housing will surge like that. Your Mivec and boost map(s) need some loving.

 

I have alot of faith in my tuner and the car has a great power and torque curve. didn't stutter at all while on the dyno
