Wgdc for mhi18k

Anyone willing to let me know what % WGDC they’re running to keep the turbo at ~22psi? Before you all bash me for this, I’ve done a lot of reading on tuning and would like to attempt tuning this turbo myself. This would provide me with a starting point. Thanks!

Different setup's vary. Start at 0 and work your way up.

Here is a fun trick.

- Set boost target maps to your target psi, in your case, 22psi.
- Set upward adjustment to 10 at WOT.
- Do a 3rd gear pull at 0 WGDC in base WGDC tables. Most likely it will add the full 10 from the upward adjustment table
- put 10 in the base WGDC table
- Do another 3rd gear pull. Most likely you will be at 20 WGDC through the pull
- Repeat the last two steps until it gets closer to your target boost and start adding finer amounts to the base WGDC table (less than 10 each time)

Let the ECU do the work for you.
