P0171 fuel trims maxed

Recently had the vehicle tuned and ran great, took the valve cover off to tap a hole for my catch and replaced my hobbs switch on my intake manifold after putting back together getting a p0171 and my fuel trims will max out with 15mins of running. I have checked for exhuast leaks and performed a boost leak test and everything is checking good. It also goes extremely lean under WOT, into the 13s, tune was for 11.8. Any advice would be helpful. SCT is this weekend and I would love to show people what this thing can do.

I just recently went through with a P0171 this week. I changed out my catch can to a larger better flowing one. One of the hoses was actually too large from my valve cover to the pcv valve on the can and caused
a vacuum leak. I swapped it from -10an to a 3/8 fuel hose and my lean condition corrected itself. I'm guessing I didn't get a good seal and caused extra air being drawn into the intake manifold. This is on my
GTX3071r Gen 2 on flex fuel.

Can you try to cap off the valve cover tap, remove the catch can to see if that caused an issue?

I have a drivenfab 10an catch and and the pushing fitting would blow out, thats why i tapped a fitting into the cover. I wonder if thats my problem. Ill cap it tonight and see if there is a change.

I had the driven fab air oil separator and didn't have issues with the push in fittings. Though, I dumped it because it was causing higher crankcase pressures at idle and caused oil to push into my compressor housing.
That is why I went with the STM valve cover fittings and a mightmouse pcv catch can. The mightymouse can eliminated the oil in my compressor housing. Now I just need to get with my tuner to adjust the idle and cruise fuel trims. It was tuned
with the driven fab aos.

I'm doing a closed/recirculated PCV can. This set up is courtesy of Brian Medway on the forums here. I need to have my tuner adjust
my idle fuel tables/timing and cruise. The AFR bounces around a little more now but this has relieved a lot of crankcase oil pressure
that was causing oil in my compressor housing when I used the driven fab AOS.

Still have not solved this issue, Boost leak test is good to 30psi. Hobbs swith is good, tested this while doing boost leak test. I am going to pull the valve cover tonight and look at the gasket, I dont see any oil leaking around the valve cover gasket but going to check anyways. The catch is VTA and the setup is the same. The fitting installed just replaced the press in fitting to a screw in and it is the same internal diameter. just a shot in the dark but if there was a leak with valve cover when tuned and i fixed the issue would it cause it to go lean, I would think it would go rich but at this point I am open to anything. Another idea would be fuel system but with only 1500 miles on the setup I doubt thats my issue, I did let E85 sit in the system for about a week but cant imagine that being the issue.

Pulled valve cover, everthing looks like it was sealed. Looked at injectors and they look clean but sending them out to be flow tested. Will be pulling my fuel filter and pumps to see if I can find anything there in the mean time. I did try and scale my injectors 100cc smaller just to see if there was any change. No change at all still trying to dump fuel like crazy according to the fuel trims.
