Turbo Oil pressure regulator

anyone running turbo-smart oil pressure regulator? for anyone running it where do you route the oil pressure regulator drain? On the instruction says i cant route to the turbo oil drain line..others return it on the valve cover and is that safe?

I asked the same thing a few days ago.

I got the regulator but haven´t installed yet. people drill the valve cover and route it back to it.

i found a thread on the evo 9 that they usually route to valve cover or in the inspection block hole.. do you know if we have a inspection block hole by chance?

I run it to the valve cover with no issues even though I am pumping it into the baffled area. The regulator works by bypassing the oil to the bottom port when pressure exceeds 40psi so it works like a pop-off valve that bleeds pressure to the bottom port. Because of this fact you don't need to drain it down so you can actually have it pump up to the valve cover like you see below on my setup. I ran it with my GTX3582r and now with my S362 SXE.
