Boost not going above 10psi

Boost only hitting 10psi, have not done a compression test yet but need help diagnosing the problem. Car runs fine in the low revs, once I start giving it a bit more it hits 10psi and just sits there, so restricted.

Have you done any recent work to it? Does it still have a catalytic converter?

Which WGA is on it? Is the boost solenoid still hooked up? Check for vacuum lines that have come loose or have a hold. Do a boost leak test. That's all I got for now

stock WGA, solenoid hooked up. Checked all vacuum lines. I guess a boost leak test is my only option left atm
