Looking into modding for an evo 9 or 8. How much will it cost to get to 800whp roughly. Also, is it cheaper on the 4b11t or 4g63.

If you're starting with a stock car and want to do it right and have a realiable build, expect to spend in the north of $25k. Depends on if you do the work (and are competent) or pay a shop to build it. No real difference in price between a 4g and 4b.
