I need help with ERROR CODE P0171
I have a 14 EVO X GSR and tuned
I got the error code P0171
Current my car setup is FP MHI18K Turbo, TS 18psi Internal WG, AMS IC, ETS LICP, AMS UICP, FIC1100cc Injectors, NGK Spark Plugs, AEM340 Fuel Pump, 3-Port BC, MAP 3.5” Intake, Mishimoto Oil Cooler, Tusudo Widemouth DP, AMS Test Pipe, Tanabe Cat-Back., Stock Motor
I have a code P0219 (Engine Over Speed Condition) I think this code is on because my motor was blown one time and now I have a brand new engine installed already and tuned.

I researched the code and find out it could be the problem below
1) MAF sensor dirty or fault = Cleaned with MAF Cleaner
2) MAP sensor dirty or fault = Cleaned with MAF Cleaner
3) Injector dirty = Changed with Cleaned Injectors
4) Relay = Checked and everything was good
5) Vacuum line leak = Checked and nothing was a leak (New engine no more than 10k miles on now)
6) Intake filter dirty or not connect right = Checked and everything was ok and make sure tight them
7) Exhaust gasket leak = Need to check
8) O2 Sensor fault = Need to check

The symptom is…
Trigger the P0171 code Re-start the engine after driving or cold start and AFR ratio reading Very Lean like over 18, And then AFR get back to normal after idling a few minutes later, but still, the Error code is remaining.
I just find out a new symptom is when the code is on, the car making some weird noise.
I think it came from the exhaust side, but not sure.
When the noise starts, the sounds are there all the time either idle or driving.
When this weird unhappy noise starts the AFR ratio going to lean and triggers the error code.

Nothing really has any problem…
Boost, AFR, Torque, Power, RPM, and nothing Feels bad or wired everything is just fine
