Single pipe going from O2 then goes to big *** canister in the back with 2 pipes going outside. First MOD, take this shiiiit out and replace it with single Ti catback. GREDDY you hear ??!!

Ugh, canexican I'm tired of this. Look, I have driven my friends' evos many times, and I know exactly what you are talking about with the razor sharp handling. I mean I already said that the old evos are great cars, it's just that the X is better overall. And for the record, none of the car magazines have said that the car in any way feels disconnected, quite the opposite. You're making it out to be like an audi or a bmw, heavy and boat like. It's only got a marginally slower steering ratio, which makes it feel not quite as "edgy," but still feels uber responsive. The car also has a longer wheelbase and improved suspension geometry, which makes it more stable and eliminates the frantic, nervous feeling that the evos have on uneven pavement. Bump steer is also drastically reduced, which the 04 and 05 sti had issues with as well. Look, I appreciate what made the old evos fun to drive, ok I DO get it, but the new model should be an absolute blast to drive, and the overall more capable vehicle. Plus you can't deny that the new car looks a lot more like a sports car, and less like an econo box like yours does. No offense, but you know it's true. And if you come back and tell me that you think the evo 8/9looks better than the X, then you really are hopeless.

As far as looks are concerned...yes, I do feel that it is a better looking car. At the same time though, when comparing the IX to the X, the IX doesnt look nearly as portly and just seems more rally-esque. They've both got their appeal.
Ok, so it appears that you and I are not really going to see eye to eye on these issues (mainly because we value different aspects of what we look for in a car), but I do understand what you are trying to say. For the sake of all those that have to read our arguing, I say we just call a truce and reserve final judgement for after we test-drive them
Hey, what's with calling me a douche? I'm not the one who made the comment about the car not coming out until summer, I don't know where that guy got that info from, but it's definitely not correct. And i'm cool with calling it a truce, because I finally feel that we have an understanding. See you in my rear view mirror, ricer.

i dont know, im still not sold on the looks of the x, just my opinion though, if i didnt have an evo and were looking to buy one next year i would probably buy a ix, as far as exterior i prefer it, i like the 4g63 to not ready to part with it
100% agreed
