Ha yea basically. Good observation. I was thinking the same thing...

 

I'd give my left nut to get AYC in my IX. There would be absolutely no reason for me to even consider the X as, in my opinion, that is the biggest performance/handling gain that the X has on the IX.

If you wanted AYC in your IX, any idea on how you would go about doing it?

 

^^ JDM/Euro/Aussie/etc. IX driveline has S-AYC...so import and swap would probably be your best bet...

 

yes , but i heard there is some issues with AYC's after a while... And they are not cheap.

 

Wouldnt there be some type of ECU upgrade that I would need? I can't imagine the AYC system is completely mechanical....
