Congrats on your EVO X purchase and thanks for getting it on a dyno so fast. Very respectable dyno numbers. Pretty much right around what I expected, in my opinion the EVO Xs should dyno similiar to a IX or at the most 5whp to 10whp greater. So I hope peeps aren't expecting some dramatic stock horsepower increases. But I keep telling people that dyno numbers isn't what the EVO X is all about, there is just so much more to it.

I thought Evo X had a brand new 5-Speed transmission?

I thought it was a new tranny as well. Even the IX 5 speed is nothing to get excited about...
I cant wait to check out the SST, aside from complexity those things are performing well from what I understand.

(the above is opinion, keep that in mind).

hey vivid, does it still use the ol' 16g? I am curious if they have changed anything other than the compressor outlet

I have not seen the turbo yet, I'll have to check with Mitch, I'm however taking the car out for a drive tonight and I'll write my review on it with some pics.

And everything is covered with heat shields, but there's definitely some room for improvements. It will be nice to see how other shops and companies come up with new turbo set ups, external waste gates just got louder. haha

Well, this looks promising. I really want to know how durable the engine will be after mods and what the power thresholds will be before stock internals have to be changed. Will stay tuned...
