That is actually true. They pay a "dividend" each year depending on oil revenues. When I lived there it was as high as $2000 but as little as $600-800; can't remember exactly. So at that rate it will only take about 8 yrs to make up the difference!!! If you pay over sticker price for a car YOU ARE AN IDIOT!! Either have it shipped, fly to pick it up, or wait!!! The PT Cruiser had a huge mark up at one time too... think about that one.
