Buschur Racing's Evo X Is On The Way.
Back on topic, I can't wait to see how much the 4B can actually hold. I have no doubt it can put down some nice numbers, but I wonder how long it will be before people can buy aftermarket parts with confidence.
Yes, I believe we will be working with Mentor on BR350 packages.
I am looking forward to driving the car and seeing what they have done to it too. I am a die hard 4G63 fan, it will be hard to convert me over. I am entering this excited and open minded though.
No I do not think 30 days is too fast to bring parts to market. We are talking about parts that we've built thousands of over the last 19 years from exhausts, to intercoolers to engines. It's truly just another car. Had we never built an exhaust or intercooler (for example) before I'd be concerned since we have built thousands, it's just another car.
Now, the engine is another story. That is going to take some R&D work and running them under very hard conditions for me to be confident enough to build one for a customer and sell it. The 4G63 I can put together with great confidence on each and every engine and never worry about it. It has taken a LOT of engines to get to that point. I have no worries about sending an engine out to run 50+ psi of boost and 10,000+ rpm. This new engine/head will be all new. Going to take some work with our vendors we have grown to trust to build new good parts for them and a lot of dyno work. The cylinder head will need flow bench fixture built and countless hours of flow bench testing and experimentation.
