Car & Driver GSR Test
Car & Driver GSR Test
Well just got my C&D and thought the results were pretty good.
GSR base
0-60 = 4.6
1/4 = 13.4
0.97g on slippery road
This won the comparison test between the new STI and R32 and was faster than the STI in everything except the 0-30.

To answer the post about why times are different, its easy to explain. Besides the fact that these are or are not production cars, when you have 0-60 times that differ from 4.6-5.2 it comes down to a couple of things, namely weather conditions, and driver. Maybe weather conditions were optimal for the C& D test and not so w/ the Motortrend test. I think with the right driver and conditions, the new X is definitely capable of being in the 4-second range for 0-60 times. My .02 cents
my take on it is that these idiots can't drive. when the EVO IX came out i saw magazines rating it anywhere from 4.3-5.7 0-60, and 13.3-14.1 in the 1/4 and as we all know, the car can hit mid-high 12's all day long bone stock. we won't know what these cars can actually do until people get them and start running them
