Pics: My EvoX, before and after!
Wow that sucks man, sorry to hear this. Damages don't look too bad so it should be a pretty good fix. Good thing for camera phones cause you got pic of license plate info just in case.

This girl I know crashed her scion tc 2 days after she got it. Then she got a phone call from the insurance agency and they said mame congratulations your the first person in the world to total a TC I lolzd. Sorry about your car man hope you get it back soon. You should have taken her bumper with you just for spite, naw maybe smacked the husband with it instead.
Honestly, as new as your car is and the fact that it sustained significant quarter panel damage (the only damage that is not fixable by simply replacing parts), I would demand a new car. When you go to sell that car in the future, you can no longer say the car has never been in an accident. Failure to disclose such information can lead to legal ramifications.
Every panel on a car is replaceable except the rear quarters. It will have to be straigned and bondo'd or most likely cut, sectioned, welded, then bondo'd, smoothed, sanded and painted. If that car were located in a place like Chicago, that area would suffer rust thru FAR sooner than any other part of the car. If you could ever view that panel from the inside, you could always tell it was a repair.
I personally refuse to own a car with an integral panel replaced. I'd rather have a semi rip the front core support off than to have rear quarter damage. Anyone else feelin me here?
Sorry about your problems man. I would pound her insurance company about compensation for the loss of future value on your brand new car.
