So what happened was, I was looking for a spot to park at a local Target, I was going down an aisle of spots, and I hear a loud bang, but didn't feel anything. So I look behind me and see a car with its bumper coming off...obviously it hit me.

So I was asking her for the usual, license, insurance, etc. And she had an insurance card on her - but it didn't have her Altima on it - it had a Toyota Tacoma, AND, it didn't have her name on the insurance card, AND it had already expired.

Well anyway, took my car to a shop on the 02/12 and they say it'll be done on the 29th. Yep..

Am I the first to get in a collision in the Evo X?

Yeah sucks because I only had the car for about a week.

..I honestly don't even remember what my car looks like - pictures are all I have.

I can tell you that ALOT of people drive around with expired insurance but the info is probably right... the name can be a parent, spouse or company owner

I'm almost never mad, and had no intentions of ever wanting to kill her!

But her husband deserves to die because he came and cussed me out, and then started blurting out dumb **** like, "Son, don't be going 100MPH in a parking lot!"

I don't understand the psychology but it seems like the one who is at fault seems to always act indignant and has an attitude about it wasn't their fault; you got in my way.

Gosh, I love the attitude of the Cali denizen.

Parking lots are the worst.

 

When the cop came, he immediately stated, "well obviously she was the one who hit you; the side of your car can't hit her rear, it's the other way around!"

Cars can't strafe! Or at least mine can't.
