Can I still ask? How do I ask?
I call my insurance guy and tell him, "hey actually could I just get a new one?
"
Can't hurt to try!
And what is this "hustle hustle" you speak of! I might need to start doing whatever it is that you're doing!

Well to up your spirits your resale might not be that bad...

My own personal experience with CarFax...

I had a 05 Scion tC that was in accident with a pole and another car with no one around (E-brake left off, oops) and the total was $5,000 to my car.

The rear quarter panel/bumper/taillight etc. replaced. It was done by a large reputable body shop (Mike's Auto body) and my insurance was Mercury. They were both great and only paid deduc. of $500.

Well guess what.. givin all the hype with CarFax and there commercials and all the was NOTHING in their system about my accident a year prior..

From now on.. I don't think I could trust CarFax.. they can't see everything.

So what you're saying is there's a possible chance of CarFax not getting info on this accident?

Honestly, I wouldn't lie to someone and tell them it hasn't been in an accident - because as another member stated earlier I would get into a lot of legality issues.

Congrats on getting her back...I love GG Xs! That's the color I put a deposit down on for my MR, but I'm curious to see how nice the Phantom Black color is in person

UPDATE!

So I got my car back yesterday, and I washed it this morning...and I noticed something.

The new side skirt they installed isn't from the aero kit! They installed the standard side skirt, so now I have an physically retarded evo with different sized side skirts.

I brought her to the shop today and they ordered the part and apologized, etc. So yeah.
