Talking Not an interesting battle...

Hello...this has been posted several times!!! And I'll reiterate the most important thing in this video (for all the MR haters)...it beat the IX in the quarter mile WITHOUT launch control

Overall...well I guess so, but I'll take the new interior, refinements and the straight line quickness anyday...I loved my Evo IV, but it was a bit much as a daily driver

I think if im going to spend 45k+ on a jap, it better be fast as hell out the box, or off the lot rather. Alot of people are justifying buying the X because of the potential, potential which isn't free of money or time. I dont like modifying cars, especially to perform, unless im talking about adding 400 horsepowers, which off-course isnt the same. But im not buying an X to put 50 hp just to get a 1/4 mile time people dont laugh at.

I dont know, just my opinion which we are all entitled to for some people on here.

45+k!? You need to check out Southcoast Mitsubishi! Even the MRs won't cost that much! And if you look at the Vishnu thread, you'll see with a new ecu and 3" exhaust they took a second off the quarter mile...which is quite impressive. Not many cars with 4 doors can do that (12.6 sec quarter). I can understand not wanting to mod your car, but I don't see anything wrong with people that do...especially if you get such big gains from such basic bolt-on parts. My 2 cents.
