Keep The Letter

Gosh, I only bought the car because I thought it had a 10/100.

2007 GM product books say 3/36 but are really 10/100 because of public outcry.

KEEP THE LETTER.

If my letter was a mistake, I don't want the car! A f-cking hat will not do it for me!

Also, as to the definintion of Modding, they can only deny your claim if they can demonstrate that the mod caused the failure. So, if you put on seat covers, or change the stereo, it has nothing to do with frying a gear or a turbo.

The interesting thing is how you deal with mods that protect the turbo, like turbo timers. Would they rather we add the timer to protect the turbo's from cooking, or would they rather we leave them stock and replace them every summer?

I don't know. All I know is my X is pure stock. I will follow their maint schedule to the tee, and I will enjoy my 10/100 warranty with gusto!

From the immortal words of Big AL BRO. I would fill that out quick before you can get another letter telling you this was an error and then you cannot get the warranty. can we get a couple of ID and look for the sequence then maybe a few more of us can join in on the extended warranty . PS what is the website.

The link to it is- http://www.mitsubishicars.com/you
Soon as you punch in the ID# it will send you to a new page.
This area has your name and stuff allreaddy filled out. You add your phone number and other info. Then you fill out their survey and you're done. ID% given to me
started with the 1st letter of my 1st name and 1st letter of my last.

Mksevo im sure yours will come in the mail sooner or later, It took one month from the purchase date.

Okay... I registered my 10/100 and 5/60 b to b at the website.

Should I laminate the letter or frame it? I should PDF it as my new avatar for EvolutionM.net!

I got an offer to sell my Evo X yesterday, and I turned it down because of this revised warrantee. If it turns out that the letter is in error, I passed up an opportunity to sell based on my reliance on the letter.

Too late for Mitsu to revoke. As consideration for them extending my warranty I filled out their customer survey.

So we have offer, acceptance, consideration. Anyone a lawyer out there? Do we have an agreement? I am clear on what the letter says and I assume that by filling out the online survey and agreeing to be part of their "Owner Advisory Group" I get the warranty on the letter. No mutual mistake here.

www.mitsubishicars.com/you after reading it over again.
Are they they trying to say not everyone get that letter, only select few onwers?

That's how I read it. I gave them something, i.e. participation as a giunea pig in their market study, and they extended my warrantee.

Fair deal.

lol blows my mind, can they afford to do this, i really hope they solved all the issues with their SST MR transmission, cause based on the tech video, its just like the CVT if it fails there is no fixing it, its junk and replace
