Trunk Lid Problem
As I was washing my car today I noticed nicks on both sides of my trunk lid. They are on the corner where the trunk meets the body of the car. I think somehow the weight of the lid causes the corners to hit each other when closing the trunk. I don’t slam it shut, I actually close it very softly. Any of you notice this? I am pretty pissed about this, another thing to try and get fixed.
I took pic with camera phone but not very clear at all.

Just went out and checked mine and I dont even see how it would be possible. Mine is not even close. Now take in mind though that I have only opened and shut my trunk maybe 10 times.

^ Yea so true...I am going to see if my clubs fit in it on tuesday when I go golf. Also I noticed that when the trunk is open the hinges are so long that the trunk is flimsy.
