The new season of Top Gear hasn't even started in the UK yet. If it has the Evo then it's years old.

season 11 has NOT been started yet. I look at topgear.com and confirm it. I have all of their episodes downloaded since season 8 so I would have know too.

Correct! Season 11 hasn't started yet. The 3-14 show is a charity special the Top Gear hosts did for Sports Relief called TGGGF (Top Garden Ground Gear Force). In other words, it's a garden make over show. Also, Top Gear on BBC America is edited to fit within 60mins. Torrents are the only way to go to see the ENTIRE unedited episodes.
