There’s another Hot Version available, this time they will put the JUN Evo X and the Original Runduce Impreza against each other. This test is a part of three other tests that they will conduct with the new 2.0 litre beasts from Japan.

In test 1 they will put two standard cars against each other driven by Keiichi Tsuchiya and Takayuki Kino****a

In test 2 they will go head to head in Gymkhana style, the cars used are the Pro-tent HKS Evo and Pleasue D2 Impreza. This time the cars will be driven by two women.

In the third test they will put the JUN build Evo X and the Original Runduce Impreza against each other. The other two competitors are an Evo VIII and a GDB Impreza. On Tsukuba the JUN Evo X mamaged a time of 1:01.309 and the Original Runduce Impreza managed a time of 1:03.947. So according these times the JUN Evo X should be quicker than the Impreza
As a extra on the DVD you can see a full on attack of the R35 GT-R made by Sunline Racing driven Keiichi Tsuchiya

It is Hot Version...
Japan has Best Motoring and Hot Version. They are in Japanese, no subtitles or English - not sold in the USA. Best Motoring tests stock cars and reviews them. Hot Version is about modified cars.
The US releases are called "Best Motoring INTERNATIONAL" and they are usually combined videos of Best Motoring and Hot Version.

I do not feel this is a fair comparison, the STi is just so much easier to build than the new evolution. It's still the same motor and tranny, all the aftermarket really has to do to catch up is build suspension and exhaust for it, with the new evo EVERYTHING is new practically.
well BM drivers dose stupid things ,
u need to factor in some of the drivers are not as good as always loses
Gen San probably was the one always win bcoz he drove so aggressively and other ppl dun want to block him.
DK always slows his car down to play if he leads..... the younger guys wont block their seniors.
Nakatani was the good Evo driver , since he is not in BM anymore , we wont see an Evo wins very soon. He was also good with 911 GT3
The thing is , they usually drive the japanese cars and not really familar with other cars. So they wouldnt drive those too aggressively.
For the last video , i think the lambo had too lil fuel and got a fuel cut at the corner. Correct me if I am wrong.
