Anyone painted stock rims black with red lip?

did anyone paint their EVO X stock rims black with red lip(time attack theme) ,if u did can u post the pic plz.i am thinking to paint it.

I was thinking of doing the same thing, perhaps without the red line. I may do it this weekend, if I do I'll have pics asap.

i am just thinking about use the duplicolor wheel paint,cause i am scared of those ppl who do powder coat gonna mess up my tires.

If you're getting your wheels powder coated they won't be mounted on the tires...powder coating requires the wheels to be prepped, then sprayed, then baked to seal the powder coat. It's not a process that can be done with the tires on.

Why do you need high temp? I used regular spray paint (no fancy wheel paint, clears or other). Holds up just fine.

You don't need high temp paint. We do racecar wheels at work with our Stand-Ox (premium dupont owned company) paint and regular clear or matte finish.

high temp paint can last longer that is what i think,duplicolor wheel paint doesn't have red color, maybe i should use the red caliber paint for it
