LOL yeah that's probably right, but what i MEANT was that's more ammo for the guy disputing that it was a factory effect. he can say "ok well where is it documented in the pre-delivery inspection?" it backs them into a corner where they have to falsify documents and/or lie, admit their PDI sucks, or admit they screwed the seats...
