Brake Boosting?

Can the Evo X use the brake boosting technique? I only ask because I know of some other Drive by wire cars that don't brake boost because it is hindered?

Brake boosting is not for a stop start. Its a street racing technique of holding the brake while holding the throttle to spool the turbo and get a cheap jump on your competition at the end of a three-honk or whatever.

Since we don't allow street racing talk on here, I'm going to close this one.

I can't think of any other practical use for brake boosting, but I will answer the OP's question: Yes, the ECU will cut power if you brake and throttle at the same time.
