it is impossible to run that much boost on an EVO of any year with 91octane. evos in the southwest have shown signs of detonation running stock boost on 91. you sir are flirting with disaster.

If you are still on the stock tune, the ECU will protect the motor if you're overboosting. Something isn't right if you're boosting 26 psi and the ECU isn't pulling massive timing or throwing a CEL. Is the BOV line the best place to install a boost gauge on the X?

It should be ok, because the BOV line connects to the intake manifold.
I don't know why the ECU isn't pulling timing or throwing a CEL???
And I never touched or flashed the ECU yet.
Before when I was stock when it boost past 23 PSI it feels like you are hitting a wall when the Fuel Cut initiates.
