finally the X notched up a win!
The article mentioned that the 1 series was really nice in the straights, but once you hit a corner with it, things goes terribly wrong.
Other than the 135 comparo...the X beat out pretty much everyone. To me...the 135 comparison was just completely based on the ergonomics of the car. When discussing cars like the Evo and Sti...I think "creature comforts" should be the last thing measured. I know I didn't buy the X for a comfortable ride...

Tiny bit OT, but that reminds me of an old Car and Driver article in the 90s where they compared the 22B to an e36 M3 (which they were obsessed with). In their comparison chart that they specifically made for this test, something like 5 out of 7 comparisons had nothing to do with performance and as such they gave the M3 the overwhelming win. Its all in what you are looking for
