Is anyone familiar with the one-touch window switches on the X?

I was assuming that there are four separate switches under the switchpanel in the door (driver's), but at least one online pats catalog makes it look like the panel may be one entire unit. Does anyone know if the window switches are individually removable, and if they can be ordered separately?

No offense but you gotta be dumb to wind down your windows in the rain

You basically have to depress the unlock button twice and hold it down on the 2nd press to wind down the window .. so it's a conscious effort ..

Just read the japanese MMCS manual. The selection function is available under SETTINGs in the main menu under submenu ETACs .. no need to go to the secret hidden menu ..

So if you guys don't have that .. it could be deactivated on yours..
I was hoping you guys can access that menu .. I may buy the MMCS from you guys then ..

well .. back to the drawing board then ..

That's a disabled program .. you can only wind up the window when you lock .. function is the same

Press LOCK twice and hold down the LOCK button on the 2nd push.. your doors will lock and any open windows will automatically closed too ..

Note that this is on Japan models .. hopefully it's also available in USDM models ..

There are alarms out there that have the rolldown option. As well as remote start.. Check with a local car stereo/alarm installation place.. They can tell you have to do it, and what other servos you might need..

I tried this one mine and it didn't work. I have the FAST key and no Navi, so maybe there's a way to enable it somehow but it doesn't come enabled from the factory.

Just read the white paper on ETACs ..

Universal ECU and programming .. but certain functionalities are disabled based on VIN and locations

You guys may not have these functions ..

Pretty sure you get the autowindup .. then again .. who knows what mitsubishi is thinking ..

Read carefully !!!
press lock twice .. hold down the lock button on the 2nd push!

You can try this also .. it's either 3 press of the LOCK button .. 3 press of the unlock button (fold and unfold wing mirror)

It's not exactly rocket science. It just doesn't work, and it's apparently not in the Navi menus either, so it's not looking good for the USDM. I went through the user manual too, and no mention of it there either.

Oops ..
Guess it's disabled then .. or not available for USDM cars ..

The functions are written clearly in the Japanese user's manual ..
