what scan tool to get?
what kind of car you using it on and do you just want codes or live data stream...
the snap-on brick will not work on late models unless its been updated and i think the latest update only goes to 2005 that scanner has also been upgraded and they have the modis that is alot of tools in one unit if you are going to diagnoise...mac tools has a little one that reads mfi only an gives codes for about $65 it an et 50

Innova 3110 - Works well for pulling codes and freeze frame data from the EvoX.
Does not have the ability to display live data. EvoScan or similair (when it comes out) is your best bet for live data display anyway.
They can be found for about $130.
