6.65 for 66 months Harris Bank, NA-as for "perfect credit" your rate will vary based on a lot of things (amount to finance, term, % down, prev paid autos, trading in a car, ect).
Credit Unions are generally "best"-but may require you to join (look into fees with check and savings accounts) Wells Fargo isnt as competitive as they used to be (try Chase Prime, or Bank Of America, then US Bank). Good luck!

Thanks guys. I was hoping for Mitsubishi to have some finance special for the EVOs.... That's too bad. BMW is doing a 2.9% on most cars... Infinity G37S have a 1.9% special offer, etc.. Many places are working hard to try and sell cars... Too bad Mitsu hasn't figured that out... Makes it even harder to decide now...

Mitsu has horrible customer relations so dont expect anything from them on the Evo. Check your local banks and see what they have to offer. I ended up going with penfed.org at 4.25% for 60 months. Take a look at the site, it cost next to nothing to sign up and best rate I have found.

I'm in the Army so I can't tell you if it's only for military service members. Just call them up and see.
