hi guys i went today to get a price for the evo x gsr the cars price was $35,000 with the aero kit on it.
if i buy this car i would have to pay $1000 for shipment to my country they would have it shipped from miami to Honduras.
know the hard part is the taxes here in my country i would have to pay $18,000 on taxes this makes the final price for the car $54,000

they also have the mr for $38,000 that makes it a total of $57,000
what would you guys get the mr without any options or the gsr with the aero kit and some other options i cant remember?
do you guys think the mr with its new gear box really worth it?

i sold my evo8 to get a x i so much like it but iam undecided on which trim model to get.

thanks guys

GSR all the way, I need the feel of a 5 manual but that is me. Others will like the MR or else they would not of made it. Do you wanna drive an auto or manual. I would say $57,000 is a lot but you probley have to pay tax on an car like that out there. So that should just be expected out there and it seems like you can afforded it or else you whouldn't be thinking on which on to get.

remember that he is having the car shipped. that 18k for customs is actually cheap. back in my country customs would charge you 100% of the value of the car so your evo will be worth about $80k

Does Honduras not sell any fast cars? Seems like you could get something a lot better for the price and hassle of importing an Evo... unless those are just regular sales taxes and not import taxes, which I suppose is possible.

first off the gearbox on the mr jus worries me.. its new so i think it'll have some problems.. also the pedals aren't on the steering wheel they are on the back piece... so when u are turning the wheel the pedals dont move.. to me thats going to be hard to shift if u are autox/tracking ur car and are in a turn and want to shift.. ur hands kinda at a 1 and 7 oclock positions i think it'd be hard to hit the pedals.. so i wouldnt get the MR..

get the gsr wid the 5speed!!! sounds alot better to me!
