Visit to mitsu...
"Most vehicle owners are not aware they are protected by federal law: the Magnuson-Moss Warranty – Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act of 1975. Under the Magnuson-Moss Act, aftermarket equipment which improves performance does not void a vehicle manufacturer’s original warranty, unless the warranty clearly and conspicuously states that aftermarket equipment voids the warranty. Most states have warranty statutes, as well. Which provide further protections for vehicle owners."
Does anyone know if our warranty actually says anything like this? I think it may. If that's the case, then justifiably mitsu is correct in doing what they do. Right?

You wont be wasting their time when you can look right at them and say that if you like the way the car drives you intend to buy it today. When i put my deposit in on my X before they were out, I told my salesman that if anyone test drove my EVO that I would not buy it. We even put that in writing. The point is when you are going to buy a ninch car like the X the people buying them want to buy them unmolested and have no miles. A car like a Tahoe the buyer does not care if the car has some miles on it. Go to a BMW dealership and try and test drive a M3.
well el producto i am 18 and i have a mustang gt . And truthfully i created this thread to get half educated responses not a useless one like yours.

i understand there are those who are going to have negative comments but you don't know me or my situation and they can see im serious about buying it but i refuse to waste my dads time to come in and sign a million things just so i can drive a car for 15 seconds .
hahaha honestly man...I went to the dealership with my parents when I was 19 and Subaru wouldnt let me test drive their Sti soo i went to mitsu and they immediately let me test drive it...its cuz your young without mom and dad their..sucks but it true.
I work 60hrs a week too..bareley can afford my evo with my income..you live in FL and they dont pay for shiet down there.. have had the car since 05 so Im not dissing you for being young and getting an evo..I was...but make sure you know what your getting into with loans, maintenance, 93 gas, insurance..and all that good stuff.
and not to mention I have never had any mechanical defects with my car besides the usual clear coat fade on the brakes and spoiler..the car has 50,000 miles im 22 now....you know how many kids my age have done the same thing with their evo 9s? No because they crashed them with less then 10k miles on it because their irresponsible punks who parents sucked at raising them...are you gonna be one of these kids?
first car was paid for not gonna lie but this 1 is my responsiblity and ive saved up a pretty decent fund. However im prepared for the SUCKINGNESS of affording this car , but now a days any car i would think about getting wouldn't be much better so yeah.
