as you can see w/ my trolling, i'm lookin at the x =p but... might get the 335 coupe. my dad can't see me going to law school w/ an evo v. the bimmer lol

i also plan on getting a used '04-'05 cbr, maybe you could give me some riding/buying tips?

i see you traded your 9 in. i would get the same packages as you, in silver of course

meant to compliment you on your car earlier: looks really good!

So you are not going to get the eVo because your dad thinks you won't look professional while attending law school? Since when is the car you drive reflect your ability to work? By you getting a BMW or a Benz...just puts you in the same category as the rest of the lawyers out there...instead of being unique...I might as well open the phone book and search under advocates to get legal advice since they are all the same instead of going to a guy that drives an eVo...(yes...I am using my power of persuation )

I'm a 30 something sometimes professional.

My evo = no buttweight with clients
Wife's Lexus or a BMW (even a 2 year old one) = buttweight

Just sayin'

so getting a used bike makes u look professional and fit you on "law school student role?"

i thought the exact same thing.. the gtr would've been a much better comparison, especially when there are no turns.

the car i drive is not indicative of how i work per se, but i suppose it is the state of mind. my dad thinks it has to do with maturity and i agree with him, but it's hard to sacrifice the aggressive stance and the legendary rally-inspired performance of an evo. i agree with your point that bimmers are just a dime a dozen and i much prefer to drive a unique car much like the evo.

well, i've always wanted to get a bike and nobody ever said anything about being professional. the reason for such ambivalence in choosing between the two cars is because my dad will be aiding me in its purchase while the bike will be paid completely by myself. with all the school tuition and loans i'll be lucky to get a new car at all... lol
