Trackday @calspeedway 07/26 & 27th

First of all, I would like to thank Mike W. @ Road Race Engineering for tuning my car, Robi F. @ Robispec.com for dialing in my suspension, and ETS for making a really good FMIC and Pipes.

Basically, I kicked some serious A$$ both days, except for few SCCA race cars. Notice that there isn't a single EVO IX or VIII that had better time than I did. And those cars had at least 100 more whp than my car. Also, there were two 2008 STI's, and no need to say that they were pretty slow (almost 5 second gap).

Yup, EVO X are ridiculously fast with proper tuning. It's too bad I'm selling it in few months (PM me if anyone is interested. I'll sell it for a really good price, almost a dealer trade in value). My GTR is scheduled to arrive between September and November.

My screen name for Speedventures is: JasonJYL You can go to Speedventures.com for full results.

Thanks. I was on Nitto NT-01s. The weather was too hot for those tires. If I used Hoosier R6, I would've shaved another second off of my time easily.

Gravel Mode. I honestly don't know what it does, and I've heard lot of speculations, but can't confirm nor deny.

nice times!

I was in the same garage with Scott from RobiSpec. Car #407 runnin in the blue group. My BFG KDW tires were horrible. I had to end my last session early because my front left tire had no grip what so ever, I was literally pushed off the track due to them...

Don't congratulate me yet. The dealer wants $20K over MSRP. I'm trying to get it for $10K over MSRP.

Congrats on the run way to rep the Evo X. But why not keep both seems like you spent some money on the evo x already. Just wondering.
