i still don't know why vendors are straying away from making these there has to be market for them with all the evo's and lancers rolling around without any gauge pod options besides universal and evo-r fiber dash pod.

i finally got a chance to post some pics this a mazda 3 triple pillar pod fitted onto the evo x pillar.in the first pic you can see how big the mazda 3 pod is.the other 2 pics you can see how much of it i cut off.the last pic is showing how good the contour matches, fits like a glove,pod was only $25

^^That looks pretty good, it's almost like it was made to fit Now someone just needs to find the right color paint to match the stock A-pillar.

i wish it would cover the hole stock evo pillar.. i think u should have painted it.. oh well..... i wouldnt have trimmed it down tho..

as sue happy that the USA is i cant imagine anyone actually making and selling one without you signing a waiver before you buy

It's ok, just sell to Canadians only!

Also, where did you get that mazda 3 pod? For 25$ i might have to pick one up as a temporary solution.

http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/ im not into show,so no painting.im just happy that there was a solution for now.it does cover about 95% of the stock pillar i just cut it down,to fit better.

it just pulls off,the top clip has a strap around it,just get needle nose pliers and turn the strap sideways, its pita at first.after you unhook the strap and clips pull the pillar up,the bottom of the pillar slides into the dashboard.watch the little plastic tab by the molding,where the pillar and dash meet.when you put the pillar back just pull the rubber molding down out of the way and push it back when your done.

looks like it was made for the x. the color thing would bother me but it really wouldnt be that big of a deal for someone to fix
