Rubber Cement maybe? I would try it somewhere else first, to make sure there's no oily issues. Small strips of velcro that has tape on either side?

I have a couple of each in each color too! I just found blue this week... anyone know if white and black are going to make an appearance?

I just got an idea. Maybe buy some tiny suction cup and glue it underneath the Hot Wheels.
