What I would try is silly putty. I use it in my radar detector, it hangs on great. To remove it, it comes off but the dash does like to have armor all coating it to give the shine back. And if you use too much putty it'll spread out with time in the heat from the sun. But the worst that'll happen is it gets stuck in the wheels of the hotwheel. It'll come out of any nook or cranny by the old play-dough pickup technique. Or it'll pool out and be noticable under the Hotwheel.

Hey All,
I ran into an X at wal mart this weekend. I had to buy it. It was red, with gold rims, and has sponsers on it: dewart, clone, RC.
Not sure if any one else has seen it.

Funny story,

My in-laws were coming down from illinois to visit and bought my son (3 years old) some hot wheels - turns out to be a red Evo X and an AUDI TT both of which i test drove the week before - after i've been researching for like 3 months - different colors though. Now i have an EVO though it's not quite as big as i'd like. Next step - get the actual car

Red plain or with flames? I got a red one with flames - vroom vroom. My wife liked it for a real color. Too bad the cops like bright colors too. I'll keep my AS

^ the purple one you show is for my "Street Car to Race Car" a graphite grey/white (w black hood) color combo.

What is the brand of the 5" cars that have doors that open? These can't be Hot Wheels can they? Hotwheels are small....

I have five of these different models surrounding me now at work, but I don't have the purple yet, nor a larger size. Will have to keep lookin! I keep buying them, even if I have them. I wanna corner the market ;-)

^Oh, and the paint is TRULY HORRIBLE on the Color Shifters. While they finally got a Enkei/GSR wheel (hurray) the front grill is chrome, so I guess I'll take one of mine that's been opened and paint it for realism. I am even modding my HOT WHEELS!
