I hate leather, so I am very happy with the GSR interior. That is the one things I really liked about the X, very clean and simple.

 

Hey guys............. I'm not complaining per se. And yes......... I do have the Lotus also. But I was just commenting on the fact that the interior of the EvoX is cheaply made and cheap looking. I still LOVE the car! And obviously wasn't that concerned with the interior because I bought it! Just stating the facts.......atleast IMHO!

 

I came from leather in my rsx, to my seats in the evo. I have no regrets. Now I dont slide all over when I corner.

 

It's cool. Everybody has their opinions, no harm no foul.

Naw.... They'd have to take away something else, and the only other things the car has is power and handling. I'll take those two things above a leather interior any day of the week.

If it is the UK version, it will for sure be much higher priced than $35k, a gsr will set you back about $58k and the MR prob another $10k on top of that

 

Exactly, my 8 had leather, hated it, have to work way harder for upkeep and overall just not as nice. Cloth is much more what I wanted for a performance car.

 

Besides the leather seats, how is it any different that what we have now? And for some, leather is worse.

 

I would easily take this interior over the cloth seats. The cup holder cover is a nice touch. As far as slippery leather... ef that. With the amount of bolstering on them it wont matter to much. Plus for the money of the car I want all I can get. I would love it to be more BMWish. Who says a goof performance car has to come with **** all in regards to features? It doesnt. And if you want nothing in your car, then dont get the leather. But it is a very good addition to a lot of people who want things like heated seats with their 40 000 car. I love the performance of the X, but havnt bought one yet because it didnt have leather ect. but now that it does.. sign me up

I work in the automotive industry and do shoot logistics and I can tell you that there is so much lighting and retouching that goes on that that image probably didn't look like that when it was initially shot.

 

The seats in the MR are nicer than the GSR. They look similar to these seats. Yes, they're leather, but there's much more lateral support. You don't have to worry about slipping around.

 

**** the leather, the cars interior is extremely fine/ I love cloth, who the hell wants leather, it just deteriorates fast, slips, smells, dosnt look good, makes you feel like your in a condom...no thanks man
