Two moths ago i paid $600 for a used ams intercooler and ets lower IC pipe from this Directorse7en guy in this forum. this guy had a black evo x mr, built his car with alot of mods from gold rg2 advan wheels, cf wings,bumber and trims etc. i was even a fan of his build following his threads.at first i was hesitant buying sending money to this guy but i saw some of the members got some stuff from him like archiebabes also a forum member got his bride seats from him so i thought he was ok to deal with. Even to be sure i paid thru paypal for my peace of mind . last words from him from an IM from this forum was hes gonna send me tracking numbers for the stuff his sending ...ok so weeks past.. 3 months now tried to send him messeges no replies, he cut his cell phone line and closed his bank account paypal cant pull my money back anymore. paypall said they cant do anything to it. haaah! anyway anybody who knows this guy or where abouts where hes from pls pls help me im going to do legal actions for this guy ! lets not let this happen in our forum SCAM SELLERS! if you evo guys wanna be private trying to help communicate to me use the private message. more power to evo owners!

Sorry, I think I have heard of other people getting scammed on here too. Hope you sort it out.

 

I remember that guy thread he did have a very nice set of mods. I was wondering why I haven't seen or heard about his car but I guess now I know what may have happened. Hope everything works out for you man, hate to hear things like this happening.

 

did you pay with a CC or just directly out of your account? if with cc do a chargeback on paypal. i lucked out, he refunded my money, only $50 compared to your $600. i think nebolic was taking care of things since he lives in norcal as well. maybe pm him and see whats up.

 

I think his account got disabled. I cant believe paypal said there is nothing they can do. I just got an e mail from paypal saying how they upgraded scam def. As long as you didnt pass the 2 months with paypal i would try calling paypal again.

Doesn't paypal have his old info like his address they can give you im sure there is a way to track him down. I cant believe people on hear do this kind of $hit hope everything works out for you.

 

Have your lawer contact paypal. Paypal has all of his info. Then they can alert the police to catch this theif.

I think there is a thread on this guy on here somewhere..i dont think ur the only one that he got. I think he got more than one person ill keep looking and try to find the thread...i believe it was actually on the thread where his car build was. ill keep searching...gl in meantime

 

Thats sad. I hate scammers! If I was able to, I would start a scam hunters program. Have local bounty hunters go after these lowlifes and bust their @ss!
